Dear Penn Club of Metro NJ Member,

The Penn Club of Metro New Jersey is excited announce our 2008 Summer Internship Program, available exclusively to the children of our members.  As an internship sponsor, you will have a unique opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with a student interested in your field.  For your son or daughter, this will be an invaluable opportunity to gain first-hand experience within their field of interest.  Last year’s program provided students with valuable hands on experience in the fields of business, medicine, financial planning and marketing.

This year we will again be inviting graduating high school seniors and college students to participate. Internships can last from several days, to several weeks or months, and may include a stipend or salary, at the employer’s discretion.  Once the list of available internships and interested students is assembled, we will match up students with internships in their areas of interest and send their application and resume to the contact person for the internship.

We have included a sponsorship form and student application with this mailing.  Completed forms should be returned as soon as possible,  

We need your job opportunities to make this initiative work, so please consider hosting an intern this summer, and be a part of what we believe will be a very worthwhile experience for everyone involved.  Mentoring a student can make a significant difference in a child’s life.
